Overview

Our 1:1 coaching is designed to help you reach your desired goals with accountability, support, guidance and motivation from us as personal coaches! Our goal is to help YOU succeed by guiding you on your journey, helping you to learn the knowledge and the tactics to succeed with macro counting and overall to be your support system over the course of your journey! Our hope is that this journey allows you to see that you can do amazing things and build sustainable healthy habits that can last a lifetime!

 

With 1:1 coaching, you are set up for success with your own personal google tracker sheet, 24/7 communication as needed through text or email and virtual weekly check-ins via the tracker sheet! This is meant to be interactive, informative, and overall a positive experience to help YOU make changes and crush some goals!

1:1 coaching is for anyone who wants to change their habits and lifestyle utilizing macros to help reach desired goals! 1:1 coaching is open to all-  from beginner macro counters to experienced and everyone in between. With this said, we are here to help guide you with your desired goals- whether that is weight loss, reversing to maintenance calories, eating at maintenance or even surplus to build muscle! 1:1 coaching is great for anyone who wants to COMMIT to see changes and for those who thrive with direction, support, dedication and discipline! This coaching is offered in 6 week blocks, with the opportunity for you to continue as you wish throughout your time. Understanding that results take time, we are here to work with you as long as needed!

24/7 communication via text and email

Spots are limited for 1:1 coaching as we only take on a few clients at once to ensure communication and quality services. Upon registration, you must agree that you are ready to commit to the 6 week coaching journey and are ready to financially invest in the 6 week coaching program.

THE PROCESS TO EXPECT...

① You register during the open registration period & fill out a detailed assessment form

We contact you via EMAIL 1-2 weeks after the registration period closes with all of your starting material- Your personal google tracker sheet & welcome macro E-book

③ We ensure you are set up with access to your tracker

You crush the 6 weeks with guidance and support during weekly virtual checks in with your coach

⑤ At the end of the 6 weeks, you will have the option to sign on again for 6 weeks

Imagine how after 6 weeks, aiming for consistency over perfection, the physical, mental and emotional shifts you would have. Imagine 6 weeks of showing up daily for YOU, learning how to love yourself and to put yourself first by practicing healthy habits. 6 weeks of showing up, creating lifestyle changes one day at a time and overall practicing consistency to lead to long term success.

Imagine committing to the process and making those positive changes for you that can even lead you to be a better friend, a better spouse and overall a healthier happier you! Imagine looking back and saying “Wow, look where I started and look where I am now."
  • I am brand new to macros. Is this for me?
    We have MANY clients who are brand new! You are able to learn all about food and how to look at food differently through macro counting. Macro counting is a tool and as long as you are willing to practice, learn, and trial and error a bit- this will be wonderful for you!
  • If I am brand new to macros, how can I best prepare?
    If you are new to macros, I would suggest using a few weeks prior to coaching to learn a little bit about macros. With this said, learn what foods are made of and what foods are in certain food groups! This may help you have a little more ease when you first start!
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    Meal plans are outside of our scope of practice, so the answer is no. However, we do guide you on how to structure your meals based on your caloric intake if you wish! This may help you see a “visual framework” of how to “structure” meals and snacks throughout your day! We always say once you know the macros of each meal, making your own meal plan with the foods you like is a great way to be consistent and save time in the kitchen.
  • If I have some events and parties in the 6 week time frame, is this still for me?
    YES, YES YES! Life is meant to be lived and that means socialization! There are ways to still be successful in the kitchen and on your journey, even with events planned! We are here to help!
  • Are refunds given at any time through the 6 week coaching period?
    If something comes up and you are unable to continue, we offer a partial (50%) refund. We hope you are just as excited as we are for you to change your habits, see results and commit upon registration!
