This is 12 week program split into 2 phases. Each phase has 4 workouts per week and focuses on progressive overload! Phase 1 includes Glutes/Hamstrings, Back/Biceps, Legs, Glutes/Back and Phase 2 includes Glutes/Hamstrings, Back/Biceps, Legs, Back/Shoulders. 

 

This plan is designed to help you create a strong functioanl body by building the back side of your body! There is access to a core workout to add onto your days as well. The guide includes nutrition and supplement advice as well! 

 

At the end of the guide you will find a tracker sheet to log your workouts!
