Let’s Train: 12 Week Strength Training Guide is one of the workout guides in our Let’s Move training program. This 12 week guide is perfect for anyone who wants to strength train, build muscle and lean out.

 

Over the years, we have seen the importance of strength training. Strength training makes you feel confident and empowered in all aspects of life.

 

This guide is 12 weeks long. It consists of 3 phases- each being 4 weeks long. The goal of each phase is progressive overload and the workouts change each phase to keep your body guessing. There is a video link with each workout for you to check out if you are unsure of a move.

 

NOTE: this plan includes 5 workouts a week. There is a workout glossary full of our favorite muscle specific moves at the end of the guide for you to have in case you want to create your own workouts down the line.
